Seal, Sevenoaks in Kent is the location of Stonepitts Farm where it sits at the foot of the North Downs with magnificent views over the beautiful Vale of Holmsdale that has been a local landmark for hundreds of years.

Stonepitts became a local household name in the late 1800's as a major fruit and hop growing enterprise sending produce up to the London markets by horse drawn transport.

Today sees Stonepitts Farm as a popular destination for PYO Soft Fruit in the summer for strawberries and raspberries; and Christmas Trees in the winter - for premium grade Norway Spruce and Nordman Fir.

Soft fruit growing: Educational visits for primary schools
Happy pickers from Plaxtol Primary School Following on last years success and the big drive nationwide to improve our childrens' perception of eating fresh fruit and vegetables, we extend our invitation to all schools in the area to book a 1 hour slot to visit us.

The children will learn about the general workings of a fruit farm, the growing of soft fruit and in particular strawberries, sample the different varieties and pick for themselves a punnet to take home.

There is ample parking for school buses, cars etc and the area is very safe and child friendly. If you are interested in booking for this season please email us.
